"My Saving Grace" is a song by the American singer Mariah Carey from her ninth studio album, Charmbracelet (2002). Carey co-wrote and co-produced the song with Kenneth Crouch, Trevor Lawrence, and its other producer, Randy Jackson. It became available as the album's eighth track on December 3, 2002, when it was released by Monarc Entertainment and Island Records. It is a gospel ballad. In album reviews of Charmbracelet, "My Saving Grace" was often more warmly received than the rest of the album and was generally well-liked.
