The song was written by members Cecil "DC the Brain Supreme" Glenn and Steve "Rolln" Gibson, Final mixed was provided by Los Angeles Producer Paul"Shadow"Neal for Life Records and reached No. 1 on the US Billboard Hot R&B chart, as well as No. 2 on both the Billboard Hot 100 and the Cash Box Top 100.
