Volta is the sixth studio album by the Icelandic singer Björk, released on 1 May 2007 by One Little Indian. It features contributions from multiple artists, including Björk's longtime collaborator Mark Bell and the producers Timbaland and Danja. The album received positive reviews and is Björk's first and only album to reach the top 10 on the US Billboard 200, peaking at number nine. Volta spent nine weeks at number one on the US Top Electronic Albums chart and in the first three months of release sold over half a million copies worldwide.
